Just
south of Corfu, Paxos is the smallest and one of the most beautiful islands of the Ionian
Sea. The absence of an airport means it has avoided the influx of
mass-tourism. The distance to Corfu is only 30 miles and there are regular ferry and sea-taxi services to and from Paxos. The east coast offers
beautiful beaches and
green hills covered with olive groves
and
flowers. On the west coast of Paxos there are
dramatic cliffs and deep sea caves which can be explored by boat.

The
Glyfada Beach Villas are situated near Loggos, one of the smallest fishing villages
on Paxos. Green shuttered white houses with
colourful flowers line the waterfront and traditional
Greek Tavernas and small bars overlook
the pretty
harbour. In
Glyfada, the Greek Villas all have balconies overlooking
the Ionian Sea. The accommodation is light and airy and all the
villas are close to two beaches, the
swimming pool with a terrace and bar
and the Glyfada Taverna near the sea.

beautiful
beaches, authentic Greek cuisine and a taste of the
Mediterranean lifestyle far away from the package holiday
crowds. |
